Here at FCNAZ our pastor, ministry leaders, and support team work behind the scenes and on the front lines to help create a welcoming, Christ-centered environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Pastor Josh and Lacey Griffith
Pastor Josh and Lacey are a dynamic team who love serving the Lord and the church together. Pastor Josh leads with a heart for God’s Word and a passion for shepherding people of all ages, while Lacey brings creativity, compassion, and energy to her role as the children’s director. Together, they also serve as youth pastors, guiding teens through the challenges of life with biblical truth and genuine care. Whether preaching, planning events, or simply spending time with kids and teens, their mission is to help the next generation grow in faith, character, and love for Jesus. When they're not at church, they enjoy their four beautiful children, hiking, fishing, golfing, and pretty much anything outdoors.
Sheila Maloney
Sheila serves as the church secretary and is often the first friendly voice or face you'll encounter at FCNAZ. With a heart for hospitality and a heart for children, she keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly—managing communications, supporting ministry leaders, and helping members with anything from scheduling to questions about church events. Sheila has a passion for serving the church family and making everyone feel welcome and cared for. Outside the office, she works for the public school system and enjoys attending the kids extra curricular activities.
